I've read the documentation, but all the cards that I have found have the AR5B97 with AR9287 chips or AR9285 with AR5B95 chips. Also the chip AR9280 are with the chip AR5BHB92.
Here are some examples of cards: http://www.amazon.com/Atheros-AR5B95-AR9285-802-11B-PCI-E/dp/B005HMZ8B2 http://www.amazon.com/Atheros-Ar9287-Ar5b97-Wireless-802-11/dp/B00PUDAKNE http://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-Wireless-AR5BHB92-Dual-band-Compatible/dp/B00JESLUWQ 2015-04-08 16:36 GMT+02:00 Stefan Sperling <[email protected]>: > On Wed, Apr 08, 2015 at 04:20:18PM +0200, Raffaele Roberta wrote: > > can somebody help me to find out if the half mini pci-e card with the > > AR5B95 AR9285 or AR5B97 AR9287 chips are compatible whit OpenBSD? > > > > or someone can advise me on a half board mini pci-e alternative that > works > > as AP... > > > > thanks > > AR9285 and AR9287 should work and are good options for AP if you're happy > with 11b/g only.
