[httpd] how to specify "fallback" mime type

Hi,

I can't figure out two things:

1. how to define text/plain for files which do not have extension,
   following does not work:

   types {
   #       include "/usr/share/misc/mime.types"
           text/plain *
           }

2. how to define types only for specific location
