FYI- My 2820 won't boot reliably headless without an HDMI dummy plug attached (such as http://www.amazon.com/CompuLab-fit-Headless-Display-Emulator/dp/B00FLZXGJ6), even with the latest BIOS. These seem to be hit or miss in a headless configuration, and not everyone has the HDMI boot failure issue, so you may luck out.
