Ntpd(8) in current: server ("IP numerical") not being used, FQDN works.
This is not a bug report.
If this is known to devs@ please disregard.

### This does not. ( Numerical of above )
server 216.239.32.15
### This does not. ( Local NTP server )
server 192.168.1.100
Using a numerical IP that is resolved to FQDN,
or numerical IP that is not resolved to FQDN not working.
This was first seen 10/26/15.
