In the end i can answer my question myself: I tested the card in different machines. Now i found one in which the card works without any problems.
So my result: A working/non working WLAN-Card is a matter of Mainboard/Hardware/Bios. If these things are reasonable and well proven then there are no problems. In doubt try an older but reliable Mainboard/Hardware/Bios. Modern Mainboard/Hardware/Bios CAN make difficulties. Thank you all!
