I just downloaded amd64 bsd.rd, put it on an usb stick, booted a new machine from usb.
When the file sets were selected, 'Get/Verify SHA256.sig' succeeded, but 'Get/Verify bsd' stopped instantly and gave only 'Illegal instruction'. Before this the only thing that didn't work was fetching the mirror list. I entered one manually and the installer proceeded. The machine once had OpenBSD loaded and worked, it's a Shuttle DS47, dmesg is in the archives. The USB drive I used is the one I always use for these tasks. Bye, Marcus
