Thanks, using eopenssl does not throw errors.

I'm using easy-rsa-3.0.1 package. I noticed vars file is different,
also back on v2 there was single folder which was holding private keys,
certs, index files etc., now './easyrsa init-pki' creates folder
hierarchy with private keys in separate folders from certificates.

I guess it'll take some time and testing to convert old pki folder to
the new one, but I don't expect further problems.
