I think that actual, real job is done by:

aml_evalname(sc, node, "_OFF", 0, NULL,
&res2)
or
aml_evalinteger(sc, node, "_OFF", 0,
NULL, &val2)

inside acpi.c file.

The only good thing about this patch is
that it works for me.
