This device has a 32-bit processor according to the Intel Ark site, so it's failing to load the OpenBSD/amd64 kernel. The install60.fs/miniroot60.fs install media contains a 32-bit EFI boot loader which is used going by your screenshot (BOOTIA32.EFI), but there is no EFI support for OpenBSD/i386 currently. A cursory Google search suggests there is no legacy BIOS support on the Tablet 2, unfortunately.. -Bryan.
