It's at http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5390291&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4168 but HP restrict BIOS downloads for computers, afaik it needs to either be under warranty or you need a support contract. As a result I don't buy HP machines any more, either new or second-hand.
