/usr/sbin/slaactl

There used to be /usr/sbin/slaacd, which is now /sbin/slaacd
and current.html says to rm /usr/sbin/slaacd.

There is still /usr/sbin/slaacctl - is that intended,
or should it be in /sbin as well?
