I'll give that a shot when I get home. It may have been the wrong approach, but I was having dhcpcd ask for a different /64 for each of my internal interfaces. The config seemed to work for some people on some ISPs, but this was not my case. Also, it was discouraging that several "official" Comcast blog posts I saw were reporting that they assign a single /64. In either case -- will try again and report back :)
