First you need to fetch the ports tree from cvs, see http://www.openbsd.org/anoncvs.html (you want the 6.2-stable ports tree for this, no need for src or xenocara). Then cd /usr/ports/textproc/mupdf, "make package" (as a normal user), then "make install" as root.
