Hello Ahmad, Yes, it is definitely possible, and I have been running openbsd on AWS for a few years.
When I initially set it up, I used the following: https://github.com/ajacoutot/aws-openbsd But there are other ways to do it, as outlined by the following (which I have no tried yet) : http://embaby.com/blog/deploying-openbsd-6-3-on-aws/ I guess it depends on your work/dev environment and process.
