I never looked at your dmesg earlier. These lines

cd0(ahci0:2:0): Check Condition (error 0x70) on opcode 0x1e
    SENSE KEY: Illegal Request

suggest the Openbsd system finds something wrong with your hardware.
I'm not clever enough to speculate further. Sorry.
