Best way to dig into the bootloader is by starting at its fine manpage
which you can read online at http://man.openbsd.org/man8/amd64/boot.8

The quick answer is `echo 'boot sr0a:/bsd' > /etc/boot.conf` (on the
USB-stick's root filesystem).
