I found this Intel documentation about a dual serial port header on
the NUCs (and the necessary cable), but I don't know if it applies to
your model:

If there's no such header on yours, perhaps that serial port is
remotely accessible, e.g. with IPMI serial-over-LAN or Intel vPro
remote access?
