I saw the recent thread regarding multiple domains and filter-dkimsign.
I just wanted to add in my $.02 that I prefer to have as much proof-of-work as reasonable since it seems, at least a little, to help with inboxing at the oligopoly providers. The trend for them to direct legitimate mail to spam filters has been notching up year-by-year, and having the domain of the DKIM signature match the from address seems like an easy check for them to perform.
My purpose for filter-dkimsign is on a webserver that sends transactional email for several domains.
A solution that would work for me does not have to be complex or feature-rich. For example, if there were an option to sign with whatever domain is in the from address (everything after '@'), that would be perfect.
In any case, thank you for the very easy to implement DKIM signing solution. Paul
