Freshly installed `install70.iso` and a few packages, X not launched. `shutdown -r` reboots fine; `halt` halts fine; `shutdown -p now`, `halt -p` and `shutdown now` give problems.
On the next power on after `shutdown -p now` or `halt -p`, upon pressing the power button, it starts, fans, LEDs, everything works as usual, works for 4 seconds, nothing has enough time to display on the screen, then machine powers off. Repeat - same. Repeat many times - same. Unplug the AC cable, plug it again - it does boot properly. First I had thought the PSU or capacitors or some other hardware fails and took the computer system unit to a computer service. They said it is fine and the problem is with the installed OS. They run a Windows live USB and everything was fine. I can agree as prior to installing OpenBSD I tried Linux and everything was fine. We checked the behavior with their PSU - same 4 seconds and shutdown. Second I tried `shutdown now` without `-p` but it doesn't shutdown.
