Hello @misc, I’m network administrator at a Hotel. We have nearly ~=1600 users concurrently. I’m trying to figure out which hardware covers my pc based OpenBSD firewall. Disk : 1 TB SSD RAM : 16 GB Ethernet : Intel i211AT But what about CPU. As far as I know CPU frequency is more important at OpenBSD cause there is netlock() etc. Right?
So which CPU is better at the moment? Intel Core i3-6320 @ 3.90GHz Intel Core i7-7700 @ 3.60GHz
