If aggr/trunk to increase bandwidth makes sense, then you can think of configuring multiple IPs on different interfaces on the same network as the same kind of thing but at layer 3 instead of at layer 2. It's just ECMP. If you have the net.inet.ip.multipath sysctl set to 1 it should work, but I think we need an rtable diff I've had in my back pocket for a few years for dealing with the ARP side of things to actually make it work. dlg
