I do have a toggle to change the above. And toggle it accordingly before attempting to use the camera. So it's not that. All works fine with an older lenovo builtin webcam laptop and an external usb cam. > and try with video(1) first before bringing ffmpeg into it. I did try with the default video command. I don't have the failed output of it on hand at the moment.
