Ok, I think I have figured out the root cause:

Group _agentx (gid 92) does not exist!

Instead I have:

Any idea which port installs this?

I don’t recall installing any IPv6 routing related ports but possibly some 
dependency might have pulled something in? I don’t see anything obvious in the 
list of installed ports:
