Just for some context, I did set "log_level = debug" in
/etc/php-fpm.conf. Here are a few surrounding log lines in
/var/log/php-fpm.log:

[22-Apr-2023 09:12:54.636277] DEBUG: pid 10469, fpm_got_signal(), line 82:
received SIGCHLD
[22-Apr-2023 09:12:54.636336] DEBUG: pid 10469, fpm_event_loop(), line 435:
event module triggered 1 events
[22-Apr-2023 09:12:54.636506] WARNING: pid 10469, fpm_children_bury(), line
258: [pool www] child 57196 exited on signal 11 (SIGSEGV) after 28.671860
seconds from start
[22-Apr-2023 09:12:54.636586] DEBUG: pid 10469, fpm_children_make(), line 407:
blocking signals before child birth
[22-Apr-2023 09:12:54.640183] DEBUG: pid 10469, fpm_children_make(),
line 431: unblocking signals, child born
