Hi there.
I just upgraded from 7.0 to 7.3 by doing sysupgrade 3 times in a row and now 
have a memory issue. Basically OpenBSD doesn't seem to be using memory in the 
same way as it previously was. This can be seen here:
Top on v.7.0 gives:
Memory: Real: 5272M/17G act/tot Free: 14G Cache: 11G Swap: 0K/32G

Whereas top on v.7.3 gives:
Memory: Real: 521M/2249M act/tot Free: 29G Cache: 1036M Swap: 0K/32G

Nothing was changed in the config and the only reason I became aware of this 
was because MariaDB failed to start after upgrading with memory issues and I 
have to drastically lower the memory settings to overcome the problem.
