Hello All
I have tried to fully pass through one of my ports on a 4port 1gb PCI-E NIC
(BCM5719 ).
Trying with OpenBSD 7.4, it can 'see' the NIC but it doesn't appear to get
traffic, also appears to state 'No Media' as shown below (dmesg).

If you change OS out for say Debian 12, it has no issue using the
PCI-passThru device.
Only other NIC I have is BCM57840 and it doesn't appear to be recognised
(HPE 536FLB). dmesg below
