to be honest I had to read all your messages twice - but even now I am
not 100% sure if I get what you mean.

Are you complaining that the agent caches your decrypted key in memory
and you only need to enter the password once???
Isn't the agents purpose to handle these subsequent authentication requests?
Do you know what ssh-agent does? Did you read ssh-agent(1)?

you want to enter your private key passphrase every time you connect
to a remote server using SSH?
Then simply don't use ssh-agent(1).

Hope I did understand your problem.
