An encrypted disk does not affect you from running vmm/vmd or anything else - to my knowledge.

I have been using encrypted disks for ages - sometimes with a USB RAID key AND a mounted homeĀ  folder password-protected.

I was unable to run the VM with an encrypted disk; is this even a practical thing to do anyways? I mean is it enough to assume that if I just keep my file with correct permissions in my home directory on my OpenBSD host that it is enough to have comfort that my VM is, "safe enough," from what would be prying eyes?
