I had a similar problem, but with the location I specified in the IPv4
and IPv6 conf files for libraries of allotted IP addresses.
In the conf files I changed the directory specified in the conf files
from the prior /var/db/kea to /var/lib/kea.
I think /var/db must probably have been a local change, as far as I'm
aware the port only ever used /var/lib for this.
I had specified /var/db in the conf file, and that had worked until this
latest version.
