If the only objection to X11Libre are the couple of paragraphs from its
README file, simply removing the sentences in question should take care
of that. (Less is more. For example, many projects from the suckless
movement use a single sentence like "we do not have a code of conduct,
we have a UN bill of rights".) To me the couple of sentences/paragraphs
in question from the X11Libre README look more like something written
out of desperation/spite, not reflecting the actual opinions, instead
of being some actual policy by the authors. That should be easily
solvable through communication with the X11Libre developers, to make
the wording more neutral.

If the objections are about the quality of the code added by the fork,
then: being specific, and communicating with the developers of X11Libre
would solve that.

In both cases, communication is the key.
