Does anyone know of a Canadian reseller carrying the book? Starch ships UPS, and UPS will hammer me with $80 in "brokerage" fees, which I refuse to pay.
I checked with Indigo, but they don't have it in their catalog. Maybe one of the maker-oriented sellers has it? And no, I don't deal with Amazon. --lyndon
