Since they do not distribute source code, it appears they intend to comply with the "appear in all copies" part by distributing the printed leaflet "Information regarding Open Source Software" with their product. If they were actually using significant parts of OpenBSD libc, they would have to include many more Copyright notice lines crediting additional developers in that leaflet, and probably also some slightly different licences, too, like some BSD licences. They would likely also have to credit FreeBSD and NetBSD, parts of which Android also uses. Since we have no indication that they are violating any license terms, it seems quite unlikely that the fridge runs Android. Yours, Ingo
