I suspect the problems will come from the installer that it is meant
to install in
partition 'a' and asks mount points (perhaps for /etc/fstab ?).

Probably is not much difficult by 'manually installing', untaring
sets, editing files.
But I want to avoid that details and use the automatism of bsd.rd
