I used to have GPT/UEFI multi-boot on my laptop (FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Linux Mint, Windows 10) using rEFInd: https://www.rodsbooks.com/refind/ I am most familiar with FreeBSD's gpart, so I first booted FreeBSD install media, created all required partitions, and continued to install operating systems one by one. Make sure to backup contents of EFI partition as IIRC some OS installs just blindly overwrite it. Make sure to back up all your data beforehand, you will probably spend quite some time and have quite some number of unsuccessful attempts before you get everything working.
