I sent them a message. They have the fastest mirror with lower latency
for users in Spain.
Thanks.
Out of curiosity, I checked the status of all mirrors with a shell script
and these seem to be out of sync by more than a few days (based on
the content of "${BASEURL}/timestamp"):
https://mirrors.dotsrc.org/pub/OpenBSD (22 days)
http://mirror.rise.ph/pub/OpenBSD (26 days)
http://ftp.uio.no/pub/OpenBSD (64 days)
https://mirrors.ircam.fr/pub/OpenBSD (64 days)
https://openbsd.eu.paket.ua/pub/OpenBSD (183 days)
https://ftp.riken.jp/pub/OpenBSD (http 404, looks like the correct URL
is without "/pub")
https://openbsd.paket.ua/pub/OpenBSD (timeout)
https://repo.jing.rocks/pub/OpenBSD ("SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN")
Perhaps it's best if people who use those get in touch with the maintainers.
I was just casually lurking for 7.8 files. :)
I emailed the admins at ftp.uio.no in Oslo about this a few weeks back,
but they never responded.
