Although it's a bit old now, the Rock 4A, (previously Rock Pi 4A), from Radxa
works fairly well with OpenBSD.  It's based on the RK3399.

Note, the article is from 2021 and the current OpenBSD release at the time was
OpenBSD 6.9.  At some point I remember seeing an issue with a recent release
due to changes in the bootloader, but this was easily worked around.  I know
that we had a couple of these running OpenBSD 7.5-release for about six months
and they seemed reliable enough.
