Although it's a bit old now, the Rock 4A, (previously Rock Pi 4A), from Radxa works fairly well with OpenBSD. It's based on the RK3399. You can find a detailed write-up about using OpenBSD on it at: https://research.exoticsilicon.com/articles/sbc_bootcamp_2021 Note, the article is from 2021 and the current OpenBSD release at the time was OpenBSD 6.9. At some point I remember seeing an issue with a recent release due to changes in the bootloader, but this was easily worked around. I know that we had a couple of these running OpenBSD 7.5-release for about six months and they seemed reliable enough.
