Tried Colophon Foundry’s monospace fonts? https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Space+Mono Used this one for years, admittedly in macOS (iTerm2 etc), and loved it. Still love it. I even have the weird little promo booklet Google mailed out about it Using a commercial/non-free monospace font now instead but if it didn’t exist I’d still be happily using Space Mono John
