Hi misc@,

I have installed OpenBSD to an NVME drive attached to a VisionFive2. Its a
rev1.2 board from the Kickstater era and still has the original OpenSBI and
uboot.

The nvme drive appears in the installer dmesg when booting from SD card, and
seems to install fine (this board does not have an MMC). I copied the dtb file
to the msdos partition on the nvme drive during the install.

I can load the dtb file from the SD card:
StarFive # load mmc 1:1 ${fdt_addr_r} jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-v1.2a.dtb
34158 bytes read in 4 ms (8.1 MiB/s)

But not from the NVME:
StarFive # load nvme 0:1 ${fdt_addr_r} jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-v1.2a.dtb
Couldn't find partition nvme 0:1
Can't set block device

Do I need to update uboot and/or opensbi?

If so, can someone provide the links to working versions?

Or if I have made some other mistake, let me know :-)

Thanks!
Brett.
