Hello,

After having installed over serial console OpenBSD 7.8 on a Raspberry Pi 5 (4
GB model) on an SDcard with the miniroot78.img loaded onto that very same
SDcard I can't seem to boot without the serial console attached.

If the serial console is attached it boots automatically, if I remove the
serial console I can see it is stuck a the U-Boot> prompt after having
re-connected the serial console and I need to input "bootefi bootmgr" command
manually in order to boot.

Is there a trick in order to make it boot automatically? Ideally I would like
to keep this RPi5 headless (no serial console and no screen/keyboards attached).

Best regards,
Mabi
