I don't think it's new. If you answer "yes", the installer puts
xenodm_flags= in /etc/rc.conf.local, overwriting the default of
xenodm_flags=NO from /etc/rc.conf

Start easy with xenodm and one monitor (maybe hdmi); chances are
you will not need to configure anything. Then add the second monitor,
which will require some configuration in xorg.conf
