that doesn't narrow it down sufficiently, unfortunately.
As usual from some 30 releases I have upgraded manualy 7.8 to 7.9
manually -- what process did you use for that? Why did you not use the automatic upgrade process? I suspect the problem comes from the answers here.
After reboot it is UNUSUAL INCONSISTENCY of swap (sd4b) and / (sd4a) and advice to RUN fsck MANUALY.
you need to elaborate on this... Swap should not need an fsck -- it's just storage space, it isn't a file system. So (as usual), we need to see exactly what you are doing and what message you are getting when you do it.
fsck_ffs doesn't work because disks are not configured
Again -- show exactly what you are doing and exactly the error message you are getting. fsck is in /bin, which should be part of your root file system, so if the system tries to boot at all, you should have fsck available. Failing that, boot from bsd.rd and run fsck from there.
fdisk doesn't work because it is lack of /usr/mdec/mbr - only / partition accesible, not /usr
No idea what you are doing with fdisk -- but I'd suggest don't.
Dmesg looks ok, softraid0 created. I cannot send dmesg because cannot copy form device.
Softraid? That's an added complication which you should elaborate on.
