hi OpenBSD people,

I'm new to OpenBSD and last weekend I installed it on a Lenovo legion go
handheld (OpenBSD version 7.9). The HW is well supported but I couldn't reduce
the CPU frequency to ~420 MHz. The minimum frequency that I could set was 1.6
GHz (through sysctl). It seems difficult to implement lower frequency scaling,
but I wonder if that's being considered in current developments.

P.S.: This handheld has an Z1 extreme (zen4 architecture)

    Thanks, Tetu
