Some VM systems have problems with IP type-of-service, especially if
it changes during a single TCP connection:
> debug2: fd 3 setting TCP_NODELAY
> debug3: set_sock_tos: set socket 3 IP_TOS 0x48
Try adding "IPQoS none none" to the config or command line.
