To use two default gateways; one way perhaps the only way is to use a second
rdomain. Which is a bit of design work. pf.conf supports rdomain but you have to
have the interface in an rdomain and route -T number exec any processes to use
that rdomain.

p.s. The problem for me with wireguard is that it doesn't support hw accelerated
crypto.
