Nested virtualization in vmm/vmd

While migrating some systems to OpenBSD, installed a Linux guest under 
vmm and later VirtualBox in it.

Of course, got an error VERR_VMX_NO_VMX.
Would the effort to include nested virtualization into vmm/vmd be 
herculean? Is it planned?
