OpenBSD cannot legally distribute firmware, as its not free (as in
licensing)
There are other WM in packages, but will never be included in base.
I'd recommend learning cwm. If you have to have another lightweight DE,
then XFCE would be your best bet.
Those add-ons will never been in base. And therefore never in the ISO.
OpenBSD is something you build like a tall cake, you've just been given
the base with. You're expected to put the icing and candles on :)
