GitHub requires JavaScript, so you'll need to enable it in BadWolf. JS is off by default — you can turn it on via the toggle button in the toolbar or the -S command-line flag. Once enabled, GitHub should work since BadWolf uses WebKitGTK which has full JavaScript support.
