Why does /etc/relayd.conf have 0600 permissions?

/etc/relayd.conf has default permissions of 0600 root:wheel

Most /etc/*.conf have 0644 permissions.

The only other exception is /etc/pf.conf.

Curious why this is, are secrets typically stored in relayd.conf?
