Can be done in principle. However, as ratchov@ confirmed here a week ago ... https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-misc&m=179214254879374&w=2 ... there has been an incompatible change to the sndio protocol between 7.9 and 8.0. The last general release of sndio is 1.10.0 from 2024, so the sndiod on the Ubuntu machine won't speak the new protocol yet. -- Christian "naddy" Weisgerber [email protected]
