Yes it's real and corresponds to the OpenBSD 3.9 release, but as yet
only the OpenBSD packages have been done.
The ChangeLog is from the Portable branch and the Portable packages
haven't been made yet because, well, I'm a slacker. They should be
ready tomorrow.
